How Evolve 47 AB handles the personal data you send through this site.

This page explains what happens to your personal data when you visit this site or email me. It describes what the site does today.

Who is responsible

The controller is Evolve 47 AB, organisation number 559401-8946, Bytaregatan 4d, 222 22 Lund, Sweden. I run the company. My public name is Byron Fabrizio; my legal name is Byron Ayala Linares. For anything on this page, write to hello@byronfabrizio.com. There is no data protection officer.

What I process, why, and on what basis

Email you send me. The site has no contact form. If you email me, I receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. I use it to answer your enquiry. Where your message is about a possible engagement, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before a contract. For any other message, the basis is Article 6(1)(f), my legitimate interest in replying. I read and answer every enquiry myself. No AI tool ever processes your email.

Visiting the site. When your browser requests a page, the host processes technical request data such as your IP address and request metadata to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f).

I make no automated decisions about you and I build no profiles. There are no advertising trackers.

Recipients

Two providers process data on my behalf:

  • Proton AG, Switzerland, hosts the mailbox that receives your email.
  • Cloudflare, Inc., USA, hosts and serves the site through Cloudflare Pages.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Proton processes mail in Switzerland, which has an EU adequacy decision. Cloudflare may process request data in the USA. Those transfers rely on Cloudflare’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in Cloudflare’s data processing agreement as the fallback.

Retention

I delete enquiry emails 12 months after the last message in the thread. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, the correspondence moves to the engagement records, which this page does not cover. Cloudflare keeps request logs for a short period, as needed to deliver and secure the site. It publishes no fixed retention period.

Your rights

You can ask me for access to your data, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict how I use it, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. For data I hold under Article 6(1)(b), you can also ask for a copy in a portable format. To exercise them, email hello@byronfabrizio.com.

Complaints

If you believe I handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, at imy.se.
